Managing Vendors¶
Vendors are your on-the-ground partners—DMCs (Destination Management Companies), local tour providers, transfer companies, and other service providers. Track their emergency contacts, app information, and customer feedback.
Vendor Overview¶
From the Vendors page, you can:
- View all vendors in a searchable, sortable table
- Add new vendors
- Import vendors from CSV
- Export vendor data
Vendor Details¶
Each vendor record includes:
Basic Information¶
- Name: The vendor's business name
- Type: Categorization (e.g., DMC, Tour Operator, Transfer Company)
- Website: Main website URL
- Phone / Email: General contact information
- Notes: Free-form notes about the vendor
Emergency Support¶
- 24/7 Phone: After-hours emergency contact number for client support during travel
Technology¶
- App Info: Details about any mobile apps the vendor provides for travelers (e.g., "Download 'LocalTours' app for live tracking")
Quality Tracking¶
- Customer Feedback: Notes on past client experiences, quality ratings, or issues to be aware of
Creating a Vendor¶
- Click "Add Vendor" from the Vendors page.
- Fill in the required fields (Name and Type).
- Add optional details like 24/7 contacts and customer feedback.
- Click "Save" to create the vendor.
Importing Vendors¶
- Click "Import" and select "Vendors" as the data type.
- Upload a CSV file with columns matching the vendor fields.
- Review the import preview and confirm.

Exporting Vendors¶
Click "Export" to download your vendor data as CSV or JSON for backup or migration.
