Client Submissions¶
Submissions represent the raw data received from your clients through your questionnaire templates. They are the starting point for generating Travel Briefs.
Reviewing Submissions¶
All submissions can be found within the specific Questionnaire Template view.
- Client Mapping: If a submission matches a client email, it will show the client's name.
- Timestamp: See exactly when the client submitted their data.
Editing and Refining Data¶
As an advisor, you have full control over most submission data. Sometimes clients make typos or you want to add specific details before generating a brief.
- Click Edit on any individual submission.
- Contact/Client Details: Update the associated client or attach the submission to a different client profile.
- Question Data: The raw JSON data is visible for programmatic review.
- Agent Notes: Use the "Internal Notes" field to add context that only you (and the AI) will see. These notes are critical for giving the AI specific instructions (e.g., "Client prefers non-smoking rooms" or "Focus on luxury properties").
Manual Mapping¶
If a submission wasn't automatically linked to a client, you can use the Attach to Client action to manually link it to an existing profile in your database.
Brief Status¶
The submissions table shows the status of any Briefs generated from that specific data. You can see at a glance if a brief is currently Processing, Delivered, or if no brief has been generated yet.
