Generate concise executive summaries from questionnaire submissions before creating a full travel brief.

Location: Edit Submission page → "Generate AI Summary" button

How it works:

  1. Review a client's questionnaire submission
  2. Click "Generate AI Summary"
  3. The AI analyzes the submission and creates a markdown summary
  4. View the collapsible summary card or click "Regenerate" for a fresh version

Use case: Quick client overview before investing time in a full travel brief.

AI Questionnaire Chatbot ⭐ Premium

Allow clients to complete questionnaires through a conversational AI interface instead of a traditional form.

How to enable:

  1. Navigate to a Client-Trip questionnaire
  2. Enable "AI Chat Mode" in the questionnaire settings
  3. Share the public link with your client

Client experience:

  • Chat with an AI assistant that asks questions naturally
  • Progress indicator shows completion status
  • Submit button appears when all required fields are collected

Only available for Client-Trip questionnaires (not Traveler questionnaires).

AI Booking Parser ⭐ Premium

Automatically extract booking details from confirmation emails and text.

Location: Trip View → Bookings section → "Import with AI" button

How it works:

  1. Open the Import Booking modal
  2. Paste a confirmation email or booking text
  3. Click "Parse with AI"
  4. Review extracted fields (dates, location, cost, confirmation number)
  5. Select or create a supplier
  6. Click "Create Booking"

Supported booking types: Flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, insurance, and more.

AI Client Insights ⭐ Premium

AI-powered intelligence about each client based on their complete history with your agency.

Location: Client View → Sidebar → Insights Panel

Data Sources:

  • Profile data (location, important dates)
  • Internal notes history
  • Trip destinations and patterns
  • Booking types and spending
  • Discovery questionnaire responses

Features:

  1. Auto-generated insights appear on client view
  2. Click refresh icon to regenerate with latest data
  3. Insights cached for 4 hours for performance

Use case: Quickly understand client preferences, travel patterns, and special occasions before a consultation.

Prompt Suggestions ⭐ Premium

Dynamic, contextual prompt suggestions in the AI Chat sidebar.

Location: AI Chat sidebar → Suggestion chips at the bottom

The system uses semantic clustering to surface relevant prompts based on:

  • Your most frequently used queries
  • Current page context
  • Recent activity patterns

Location: AI Chat sidebar → Templates button

Smart Travel Reminders

Automated, AI-personalized countdown notifications before upcoming trips.

Reminder Schedule:

  • 7 days before: Trip preparation reminder
  • 3 days before: Final details and packing reminder
  • 1 day before: Safe travels message

Configuration (Trip View → Logistics tab):

  • Toggle "Send Advisor Reminders" for notifications to yourself
  • Toggle "Also Notify Client" to send reminders to the traveler

Messages are AI-generated based on the destination, trip details, and client name.

Travel Brief Generation

The flagship AI feature that synthesizes questionnaire data, knowledge base articles, and corporate policies into professional travel briefings.

Limits:

  • Beginner: 10 briefs/month
  • Professional/Agency: Unlimited

An always-available chat interface for quick queries and actions.

Capabilities:

Location: Available on all portal pages via the collapsible sidebar.
